A small hot water system with 24V valves at fintube and a constantly running system pump. The boiler control will provide outside air temp reset 9the boiler control will be based on the system temperature). I need something that will start the main system pump and activate the boiler lets say when the outside air temperature is below 65 deg (this is a small commercial building). I don't think the boiler control will do it (Lochinvar KBN).
Also I think it will work better if the boiler control temperature sensor is in the return instead of the supply. I am worried about short cycling the boiler. Does this make sense?0 -
reset
Why not use an indoor reset. It will be a better idicator of real heat loss, and not short cycle your boiler.
