A clever pex label system

in THE MAIN WALL
Ive used them before and love em. But what you have to do is paint half of them either red or blue so you can connect the right lines to the right header on the manifold (if your into that supply on the outside wall type of thing). great little invention though.

    I'm doing a Roth Radiant Panel Floor System

    and I am using Viega pex, which is black, and hard to write on ;)

    These yellow, numbered plastic caps help me identify the ends as I shove them into the crawl space to connect onto the manifolds.

    In addition to identifing the loops they keep the dirt and wood chips out of the pex. The bright color makes them easy to spot.
