Given this layout, and that the 3-wy thremostatic mix valve is my bypass, will the Tekmar 260 control the aquastat ( set high limit based on outdoor temp) or is there a cheaper way to control water temp (reset)?

So how about this layout? P/S and boiler protection. All 3 zoned CI rads, CI boiler. Any input appreciated.

Does this offer boiler protection w/o the added flow of a system bypass? Just need to find a 3-wy thermo valve in 11/4...

That lay out
looks fine. Without my catalog, I do not recall the logic of the Tekmar but your schematic looks fine.
Have you calculated pipe sizes yet?0 -
The nearly completed system is shown in a pic in the 'tomorrow I fire it...opinions' thread. Thanks for the input!
