Gerry I need your wisdom. Through improvements eg. windows-insulation boiler is 30% over sized.Gortons main vents rhomar-dropheader- dry steam all have made system work as best as it can. Cycles are normally a 15 to 20 min startup steam - were all rads heat completely- boiler shuts off on pressure then short 2mins on 1.5 mins off cycles until t-stat is satisfied. The science of the Hi-Low I'm told would keep the boiler steaming after cut-out abide at a lower burn as the pressure eases towards cut-in where she fires at full throttle again. If properly installed it sounds like safe downfireing. Is this correct and if so how do you determine the proper regulator to use. If you need Present regulator specs I will post. Thanks Jay0
