Here is a sweat little job that Nick finished up this fall! He divided up two apartments for a landlord. One the landlord pays the utilities the other the tenant does. Can you guess which is which?

    Have you had good luck with the Crown boilers? I have serviced a couple but never installed one. Seemed pretty well built.

    Munchkin...

    I'd almost be tempted to have some bypasses between them. That Munchkin would save some money any periods where eiether no tenants were paying the bill or the tenants were out of heat for some reason. Just make sure the shutoffs are on the landlord's side.

    Nice and clean work on both!

    Combustion air

    Did y'all pull the combustion air down the chimney?

    One thing I did on a Munchkin was to get a 4100 box extension and give a bit more room for the cram packed wires.

    installed these munchkins in a multifamily. only had room for one exhaust outside. used exausto to manifold intakes and exhaust
