Rite boiler application used with an Armstrong humidifier

Options
I need more information. I am assuming you have a steam boiler with a steam "Wand" mounted in the ductwork. These thing need to be sised correctly. Steam wand installed in a straight pc of duct, humidity high limit 8-10feet down stream. The proper air flow at the correct temperature to absorb the humidity.

carryover of water into the humidifier

    Greetings,
    I have a Rite boiler model 76-S assembly no.AD 544058
Serial no. 9022359. Heating surface is 75 sq. ft. and
max. btu's per hr. is 760,000. The steam humidifier that is piped to the boiler is showing indications of carry-over
into the steam manifold. The boiler water capacity is very small and uses much make-up water to replenish. The humidifier valve is controlled by software (Metasys). I am
trying to determine, 1. is the boiler right for the application, and 2.is possible that the water level controls and the water level are not set accurately.
    Thanks for any help.
