What kind of heating system do you have?
What kind of Burner?
What is the model of the control showing the service light?

service light is on no firing
Does anyone know what is going on?
Light is on (as it is firing), no fire, motor is not turning.
New nozzle, electrods were cleaned.
Any idea?

If this is a R7184 control, the light being on indicates that the cad cell is sensing light and will not allow the burner to operate until it no longer senses light. If it is not sensing light from a flame or other stray light, Then the cad cell is bad or the cad cell wire is shorted0
