    Those were some fast-moving very active storms and the season is just beginning. It pays to watch the weather these days on TV...they are getting much better in our area and probably saved some lives in your area with the new technology.

    It was strange to be watching those storms heading NE towards your location and at the same time be smelling the smoke from the large fires 5 hours away in the Texas panhandle.

    Keep your eyes on the sky...
