Radiator valve replacement
I have a customer with a ten suite apt. one pipe steam system that would like to replace all radiator valves with radiator ells so that tenants can not play with the valves. Does anyone see any issues with this. I don't except to replace a vent you need to shut down the system.0 -

they may require valves.
