Noise in forced water system

I have a forced water heating system with cast iron radiators. The boiler is less than three years old. A couple of months ago a crakling noise started in the system. It seems to originate close to the boiler; it starts shortly after the boiler fires up and it stops shortly after the flame goes off. I have bled all the radiators and no air is coming out, although, close to the boiler noises can be heard as if there is water in the system. The pump appears to be OK. A technician (??) from the outfit which installed the boiler told me that a pipe is loose in the walls and it makes noise when it warms up. I am not convinced that the noise is due to a loose pipe, but I have not been able to find the source. Can anybody give me any suggestion??

Lack of or poor flow through a particular zone will allow the boiler to...boil...the water literally. Sounds like crackeling comming from the boiler or near it. Find the blockage, or poor pump, or closed valve, etc...and you will be fine.
