Can we get a picture of the guy who was standing next to the tank when it lifted off.

    unscheduled tank lift-off

    I got this in an email this morning:

    "Incident happened in a non-ExxonMobil facility in Brazil during a pneumatic test of the tank associated piping. A blind was NOT installed to isolate the piping – only block valves were closed.

    The tank “lifted off” and was found on top of the unit!"

    Out here we mostly worry about earthquakes. Once again it would appear that man can duplicate, and trump, any natural disaster. I think I'll check if my car alarm is on now, and my insurance is payed up.
