taco mixing block

As far as the potable system, I'd do a "homerun" system if I was using Aquapex. The flow to each fixture seems better than a conventional tee & branch system.

If you're using a Viessmann or other modulating/condensing boiler capable of long-term low temp return water, why do you need any mixing system ? Of course, if you're using oil or a non-condensing model, I understand. Boiler reset, in addition to system reset through the RMB, wouldn't pay IMO.

    taco mixing block

I'm a heating contractor , that is also building my own house and I've a couple questions for you all.
My house is 2500 sq feet, all radiant.
I'm using a taco mixing block with built in reset.
Can I , Should I , also put a reset on the boiler( probably a viessman)??
    2nd question-constant velocity well pumps? will 1" mains with 1/2 " takeoffs be better than 3/4 " and 1/2 TO's ?
    Piping will be all aquapex.
kitchen , 2 full baths , one with 2 valved shower.

    Tony's right on

Why use a radiant mixing block if you have a condensing boiler? The RMB-1 does a load reset, or we can reset the boiler for the radiant, just does not have capacity for resetting for radiant, and high temperature. The RMB-1 cannot differentiate between high temperature, and low temperature. However, for your application you will be fine with the viessman only.
