What would be the savings [App} if a summer/winter system is change to a cold start with a hot water maker.

Jim, what exactly do you mean by summer/winter system?
Going demand start with indirect, especially if you add a reset controller will usually save a bundle. I went from a boiler with coil to this set-up and cut my fuel bill in half....but I don't know what you have for a system, so it's hard to tell, and every system is different
