You know what
I learned a ton for that $$ amount, and have met some lifelong friends and like thinkers.
More to come, no doubt.
That in itself is worth the price of admission.
I know this is an expensive site to maintain I feel this is my payment for the education I have and will contiue to recieve here.
My customer's are more than happy to have a % of this cost added to thier job. $33 per month divided by 100 or so customers

You know the [scorched air] climate.
You're already the standout and the know-it-all. People find you through word-of-mouth. They don't have to bother with the web because you're already the "one".0 -
Thanks for your support, HR.
It really helps. Thanks.Retired and loving it.0 -
Is that so HR?
you really have never gotten a lead that way? Remarkable, but I think Mike has the explanation. Yep, I have found FAP so successful that I am ready to add a third soon. In general, it weeds out the lookie-loo tire-kicking crowd. Last, it is the best adverstising value I have ever gotten -hands down. Mad Dog

Can't disagree, this is a primo community. I lurk here and on a few other sites; on the other sites, I learn what not to do and what attitudes not to have ^_~ I learned a lot in school but could apply less than a third of it to real life - its all natural gas, air and hydronics where I am, so when it comes to oil burners and residential steam, I'm as green as the day I walked out of class. Reviewing my books can give me the basics, but reading here gives me real-life problems, real-life troubleshooting and real-life solutions. It keeps my knowledge fresh and keeps me ready for that inevitable time that someone comes to me and says "Anna, do you have any ideas about this?" This is a great forum, a great community and I'm glad to be sitting in the back corner, listening to good sense and stealing the peanuts.
