Yesterday, I called a rep firm about some HWBB. I left a message on that person's voice mail about getting some information. This afternoon, I called back and got a live person to answer the phone. I asked for the particular person and was told to call back tomorrow. No "May I take your number and have him call you?" or How may I help you?"

If a customer calls my business and someone else answers the phone, they will ask if the caller would like to leave a message.

I am looking to buy something. If they want my business, they need to call me.

Just venting.
