Kitchen Radiator only luke warm

We are installing a new hot water boiler and the customer informed us that her new kitchen radiator is not working properly. Upon inspection we found that a new cast iron radiator was installed in her kitchen using 3/4 copper pipe tee'ed to two old iron feed and return tees. These tees served an old radiator. The new radiator was relocated about 10' away. The radiator return is reduced to 1/2" copper where it penetrates the floor about 2'. Any suggestions?

First thought
I would look for air traps along the risers. If there is then a purge valve setup is needed or there may one on the riser already
Also check for closed radiator valves...0 -
The copper is a sloppy job. We will look for air traps. There is a high spot.
Do you think the size is okay?0 -
Pipe Sizing
Is this a gravity system?
If so, has it been converted to forced flow?0
