Boiler size

I am trying to check if my boiler is properly sized in a 22 unit apt.house. Have heard that # of rads x 50 =sq ft steam is a good ballpark approach , Any opinions on this method would be much appreciated

Joe,thats about as accurate as standing accross the street and holding up fingers in front of your face untill you can't see the building anymore...but that just tells you how many sections you need for a boiler0 -
Here are charts to size radiation. If the apartments units are the same, just measure accordingly.
