excessive water in last radiator.

Hello Mr. Holohan. I learned from you how to turn down the inner pressuretrol setting to lower an existing 5 psi new boiler install. Now at 2.5 the system works well after all vents were replaced.1 radiator leaked in the lower section and I managed to seperate it and used graphite string in combination with teflon paste. I observed the gurgle , reset blocks to pitch toward the valve and seem to hear water running in the radiator. ( it sure sounds like water ). The old boiler had a Dolen #5 main vent. This new Pearless has a #1 in it. It is installed almost even with the centerline of the mains. I have gotten this radiator down to a small leak, and its frustrating. I just feel that the water seems excessive in this radiator. My system seems dryier than this. I am trying now for the 2nd season to help my neighbor who is appreciative that I what to solve this problem. Please give me a push if you can in the right direction. Thank you again, the pressurtrol setting was a great start to helping him through 1st season. Greg.
