You misunderstood. The section is titled "Ask Carol Fey". It does not say "Carol Fey will answer".

I sent her an e-mail message three years ago. I am still waiting.

    let's be nice...

    Were you guys doing the same thing to me when my room came onboard?

    I was out of town for five days before I even knew that he area was live.

    I know that when Carol is aware that everything is set up, she will blow you away with her control knowledge.

    It's knd of like the 8:00 curtain on Broadway... It never goes up on time but, when it does... WATCH OUT!
