system balance and flow

in THE MAIN WALL
I have an older system in need of balancing. It has eleven hot water radiators. The only info I have is a GPM chart per radiator on a old blueprint. I'd like to start by adjusting the GPM to the radiators. Each radiator has it's own thermostat and honeywell zone valve. How should I proceed with this?
