Could use a little strategy advice

Relacing 80% boiler with new Ultra. 3 zones radiant 1 zone BB and indirect heater. Unfortunately the radiant zone minimum supply temp will be 125* due to construction factors I cant change (tube layout and manifold placement)however BB zone will work with supply temps of 160*. Looking for idea's on pumping strategy, mixing, tempering valves. Trying to offset the rad. supply temps with some creative pumping. Any ideas? Thanks

are you also considering an indirect tank?
Radiant supply temps of 125F, DHW, even BB at 160F all will benefit from a condensing boiler. The greater the condensing surface area the greater the savings. Throw in a modulating Matrix burner and voila, money in the bank.
Remember, BB only will require 160F during the design time. All of the heating season approaching and departing from the design temperature will operate at lower temperatures.0
