    heat transfer software problems again

    As Usual i have had to replace my hard drive on my laptop due to some wonderfule web sites I visit. As always I have to reload every thing, the trouble is the drive soft where for my lap top to interface with the Muchkin 199 and 399 has always been uncoopertive and it is usually somthing real easy. I just forget what to do and I forget where I write these things down at.
    Can any one help?

    ...just like Chuck, I cant figure out why guys dont call the manufacturer at times when they have a question. Dont get me wrong...I absolutely love this forum, but if you need an answer you can count on, the manufacturer usually has the best answers as they will most likely have dealt with this issue in the past.


    But since you're here, sorry Chuck, you know the blue box can run the Munschkin too, right? :D

    the blue box cannot run the Munchkin, as much as I love Buderus products, I dont think they would do that. They have their own fine condensing boiler. Why would they want to control ours as well?

    Ill take that beer anytime ;-)
