No better time than now to choose a condensing AND modulating boiler so that your heat input nearly matches your heat loss.

Firms should be offering these boilers to every client who is using natural gas or propane. At a minimum, owners will see significant fuel savings. Depending on the age and style of the boiler it is replacing, fuel savings can be extreme. Depending on the type of heat emitters, savings can be extraordinary.

Depending on the system and the choice of condensing modulating boiler, installation can be so easy as to be described as "plug and play". As long as there aren't other problems to be dealt with, modifications for any condensing/modulating boiler in nearly any system can be kept to a reasonable minimum.

My own fuel savings were extreme--and reset, constant circulation and TRVs were ALREADY in use. Am attempting to tweak the system to achieve extraordinary.
