    Johnstone offering for $9

Just got some copies of the "Gas heating repair guide" from Johnstone supply. Their "G32-663 Heatguide gas ING book"
59 pages of training and about the same number with common parts.Lots of good pictures, 3 main parts, Safety circuits and related parts, Major component test procedures and Gas heat parts and tools. Covers Hot surface and spark ignition. Best part is it's only $9. I think it's a good resource for training new techs at a shop or tech school. I like having a mix of things to show and stuff to give the guys. I have 3 new techs to start training in a month or so and will use this as an outline and give them one. Not as good as a class from Timmie but certainly affordable.

    Happy to.

Tim, please email me the address you want it sent to, I'll bet you are happy you have that pellet stove although the bags of fuel will need to be kept in the safety deposit box. Dale

  • Dale,

May I do the same with mailing you a check for the book?

I instruct gas heating as well as oil heating courses at our local Boces (Dix Hills) NY . I think that would be a great addition for our students .

Please contact me back with proper address for payment .

    Thank You
