Vent-Aire heat rec. ventilator

Does anyone know if this company still exists? customer just bought house with a wood fired boiler, radiant floor, and a hot water coil in the ventilator, it looks as though the control panel on the ventilator was doing the controling but I believe there are some components missing, the pumps seem to be wired too be constantly on, it appears to have been butcherd over the years but it's my guess that it never worked properly. I'm hoping to find manuals/wiring diagrams for a Vent-Aire ECS4438 Heat Recovery Ventilator and can't find them on the web, i've tried old phone #'s- 1800-937-9080/ 719-599-9080, both disconnected, any help greatly appreciated, Thanks, Ed.
