You don't want to miss this one folks! It'll be held at the new Oil Tech Talk Training Center in Beautiful Hamburg, PA September 21st 2005 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Breakfast and lunch is included.
<b>NOTE:This will be the first OTT Workshop that I will be adding a new burner to both the presentation and hands on portion of the workshop. That's right you can be one of the first technicians in your area to know and better understand the new Beckett NX Burner.</b>
Course Objectives and Topics:
* Diagnosis of flue gases from basic theory to
manufacturers suggested measurements
* Combustion testing procedures
* Excess air, draft, condensation, and safety
* Troubleshooting combustion problems
* Ensuring safety without jeopardizing efficiency
* Educating ourselves and the people we serve
* Customer savings, company profits Understanding todays control technology
This full day seminar utilizes lecture, field examples, demonstrations, slides, handout materials, and encourages technicians participation. After lunch I'll share some tech tips and troubleshooting techniques on an actual oil burner and it's components. The objective of this course is to teach the fundamentals of oil burners and their components. This program includes some theory, including cause and effects. Technicians will also have the opportunity to test their skills on a diagnostic simulator designed for technicians by a technician! We'll look at some of the tools available in today's industry and how they can be used to diagnose systems more efficiently, ultimately allowing technicians to be more productive adding a higher profit to the bottom line in a safe and professional manor.
Each attendee will be given a 38 - page technical training manual (a $30.00value), and a copy of. "Carry The Torch Life Experiences and Technical Data to live By"(a $20.00value) Plus much more technical data (suntec manuals, chimney liner charts, Beckett Z Gauge ect.) they will find useful on a daily basis.
