may have an opportunity if your firm is big enough, with enough work, to have a specialist on staff that will look at the home in its entirety. You would then be able to advise the customer on all they should do to make their home, heating and cooling efficient.

You could make some very nice handoffs to other contractors that specifically do insulation and windows and doors. Your home speciallist could give the customer an unbiased opinion on what should/could be done to make the client's home much more efficient and therefore conserve energy.

It may be possible to make this adon, a feature of how important you feel a whole house survey is to getting the heating and cooling expense to its lowest possible cost.

I posted this as a Friday thought provoker. From a marketing stand point, it certainly would make your firm stand out from the rest.
