I've installed several Cozy's and Williams wall heaters but after seeing the Rinnai, I'd go with it. The vent hole is smaller and you have more options, a 7 stage fully modulating blower that automatically adjusts the heat ouput. You can heat a whole level including bedrooms and bathrooms if you undercut the door a bit. It also has a built in humidifier. The one I've seen in operation was super quiet unlike the Cozy's if you get the option blower.

I have a walk-in customer who needs a wall mounted heater for a 12x8 bathroom and 24x20 living room. We do not sell gas appliances to homeowners and he lives in Cuba, NM . Is there anyone who has time to stop by and see the job ?

I assume this customer has an existing system in need of new boiler? It's a little out of our normal area, but probably doable.

Not a boiler

but an wall-mounted units. The customer said it was a 12,000 btu ng wall heater, I was thinking like a DV furnance from Cozy. And for the living room a free standing ng heater 80,000 btus. Anything really that can vent straight out thr roof. If interested call me 719-471-7200. The customer said that all contractors in the area does not have time to see him ( 3-4 weeks out ). I told him I'd see if I can come up with a contractor in the area.
