i am a trained observer, and as well and as colourful, as we may describe things,it is always easier when you see the subject also in black and white.
The outline helps stay focused on the flow, especially when you have a limited amount of time...all the students seem rivited on the presentation.

Jim's First Class...
Whilst cleaning up at the CU Solar Decathalon project today, Professor Julee Hurt with CU was giving her students their preliminary view of the student project. Jim and I introduced ourselves to the good professora, and she asked us to give her students a quick talk about the unique heating system. I defered to Professor Jim. Here are some photos of his first documented class.
For those who are not aware, Jim is taking over my class on Basic Hydronics at Red Rocks CC. I'm vacating the spot to start the new class on controls. Jim is an excellent instructor and is VERY passionate about the hydronics trade. Heck, I may take his class too!
Welcome aboard Jim. I look forward to working with you.
