    Jack,

    I have installed 4 in the last two years. Not one Trinity related service call.

    Just make sure that it is installed exactly according to NTI's specs. pay particular attention to the venting. The manual was written for a reason. And just because someone is a plumber, does not mean he(or She) knows how to put one in correctly.Give them the book ahead of time and read it yourself.
