How old is my Richardson?

in THE MAIN WALL
I bought a house that has a Richardson coal furnace converted to oil with diverta-tee hot water. Hard to read the plate on the boiler but I think it reads A71(7?). I'd like to know more about this unit.

    Spray H
    Efficiency 75%

    How does one measure the efficiency of an old boiler?
