ok i went to a job -a renovation where there was a plumber there before me . he ran 2 returns and 2 feeds for the 1st and 2nd floors where there is recessed cast iron radiators but the plumber di not put a loop system he ran branch lines in 3/4 off the 1" feed and returns with regular copper tees . i thought you were supposed to use ventori or flow tees . will this system work like this ? any recommendations . i was thinking of just changing it to a loop sysyem thanks guys

Be careful with loop piping with large cast iron rads. You have to size for the BTU dump at each rad and the piping gets large to carry the whole load. I always prefer a monoflow system. Depending on the piping arrangement, you may be able to install a small circ on each runout, but this can get costly. Consult a good heating pro to evaluate the system and make suggestions.
