looking for end caps for cast iron baseboard radiator

i'm searching for end caps for cast iron baseboard radiators. i don't know the brand, and the only markings that i can find on them are the letters "PVF" on the back (see photos below).

i'll need a bunch of end caps 6" wide, as well as interior corner trim pieces.

the plumbing subcontractor, who installed the radiators, now claims that the required wide end caps are custom pieces and is trying to charge me extra for the job, even though they ran the pipe and should have known that the end caps they bought (4" wide) were not going to fit.

any help in identifying the manufacturer and/or finding end caps that fit is greatly appreciated.
