Jamie, on your isolation relay, the purple dashed line needs to go to a common in the zone relay panel.
Then the blue dashed line needs to be moved from the C terminal to the R terminal.
The top two terminals on the relay being the coil, need a hot and a common, right now your are provding the coil with two 24 volt hots.
The two bottom terminals being contacts, when the contacts close, you are shoring W to C (hot to common). Moving the Blue from C to R will cause R and W to make when the relay is energized and the Hydro air will come on.

Almost.
Right now you are using the common from the hydroair control, and W2 (hot) from the zone panel. You need to grab a common from the zone relay panel so you keep the two transformer sepparated.
Here's a modification. Sorry for the shaky lines. My mouse sticks.0
