check if your panel(s) can handle the load, sounds like it might be significant with 3 units.

Looking for info or a website that can educate me on
electric hot water heat -- Want to use 9" cast iron baseboard - loop system - but with a small electric heating unit - No chimney space - I'm heating 2 garages - and a 1 floor apartment - 3 seperate systems

Rates
At 1.23 a therm for gas, and .08 a KWH for electric in my area, it is still considerably cheaper to heat with gas in my area. Just a homeowner here but that is something to consider,sounds like a bit to heat. Can you side vent a fuel burning appliance?
