Radiators not heating

I have a one pipe steam system. There are two radiators on the second floor that have stopped heating. The pipe for these radiators runs thru the kitchen and they are cold also. I raised them so they are pitching toward the valva but it did no good, so now I figure maybe they are filled with water(although i have no evidence of this). So how do I drain any water out of them? Or can you maybe suggest any other solution.
I'm a novice of course but to explain quickly, there are 2 pipes carrying steam out of the furnace, one pipe goes to just these two radiators, the other goes to the other 8 in the house. I don't know how to explain it any better, any advice would be very welcome. thx Purplemenace~

try pitching the radiators toward the pipe check for a paint job on the air vent that will stop the flow of steam flow check for a clogged air vent if that it has to be replaced you can probably get air vents at your hardware store or online. are there main vents? is there a shutoff valve for the main thats closed?
