Too fast radiator venting will change the balance not cause a short cycle problem. What is the system doing ?

    Is it possible that by using a fast vent like a #6 on small convectors on the first foor that they are venting too fast and shutting down when sysem reaches pressure and pressuretrol is causing shortcycles before t-stat is satisfied?????
