Will depend on Delta T, ie flowrate. I try to limit 3/4" to about 4 gpm.

3/4 Pex
What is the maximum BTU's that 3/4 pex can put out. The boiler is about 15' from the Air handler. I left my book at the office.....Thanks Anthony0 -
3/4 piping
can deliver 40K BTU @ 4GPM I believe.0 -
3/4\" Pex
Approximately 3/4" can carry 40,000 Btu's (4 gpm) at a 20 degree delta T.0 -
Sounds like
a consensus! 4 gpm, 40 MBH....0 -
You can alway push it with a bigger pump, especially on a short run like that, and get more BTU's, but why bother? Check the requirements on the coil, if it has 1" connections, and you actually have a demand and flow requirements, why fool around?0 -
I didn't mean to reiterate what was already posted. I just wanted to state it is the gpm was dependant on Delta T.0 -
I know, just having fun. You are of course, correct. Nice universal poll with all the parts explained.
Thanks Jim
