from the top and a vacuum cleaner from the underside, Moving them along together... makeing sure none of the lint etc goes into the room.

Alot o' talk about Baseboard heat! I like it. Do you ever have to clean a baseboard radiant system out? If so how?0 -
Shop Vac
and a long bristled gentle brush. If stuff is really stuck in there (like you have a dog or a cat or a few of each), set the Vac on "blow", wear a respirator and hope for the best.0 -
make sure to clean the bottom of the fins sometimes they look clean on top0
