That should look great, one tip watch out for any tight clearances probably wont be a problem but the coating will be thicker than paint.

No tips but
I love this part of your FAP ad:
"If youre looking for a low-bid type contractor, we can provide a list of low-bidders upon request."
That is priceless!
Wish I thought of it.

Probably need to
have it sandlasted first. Make sure any connections or gaskets can withstand 400 degrees and up1! I know soft soldered copper fittings won't stand up to powder coating
Check with a shop that does this type of work. There is power coating, a one step process, and power painting. This is usually a primer, paint, and clear coat.
I'm not sure which would fit your application best.

If they are like cast iron car parts, right after sandblasting they will start to rust right away so keep em dry and get them painted ASAP.. same day if possible.0 -
Powder coating CI Baseboard
The best advice I can offer is not to install any plugs you will need to take back out prior to getting the powder coating done. You will not be able to remove them later. I encountered this problem with slenderized radiation on a job in Virginia. You will not be able to remove them later.0
