convectors and radiators

OK. I have posted here before and have made some changes to my system since and have a few questions. It started as me not getting enough heat in my bedroom. To begin, they system is working fine, i have low steam pressure, everything is insulated and all the convectors are getting hot, but still not enough heat in my bedroom. I believe that there was insufficient edr there. So i upgraded from cabinet convectors to Burnhams radiant radiators. They are all cast iron and wider than the copper convectors i was replacing. After a weekend of knuckle busting plumbing i finaly installed them. they get nice a hot, but somehow not as hot as some of the other convectors in the house. I have the edr book and can't find my convectors in there to do a comparison. Is it possible that a small copper convector would have more edr that a much larger, i mean five times larger cast iron radiant radiator. Look at pictures to see what i am talking about. Two of them are of the old convector one with and one without the cover, the last picture is of the new burnham. Thanks for any info.

"Is it possible that a small copper convector would have more edr that a much larger, i mean five times larger cast iron radiant radiator."
I would say not...Bigger is more, period. Look into vent sizes. Burnham will be able to give you your edr for that unit...
