If you say connected the supply and return mains left two closely spaced takeoffs for the injection system .Have a circulator for the mains ? is this necessary . Hook up your two injection line to the takeoffs left off earlier , an injection loop and your off to the races .

Do not shoot me if this topic has been addressed earlier ,but here it goes . Has anyone ever used injection mixing to interface a replacement boiler with a gravity system ?. With that in mind a person providing that they did a proper heat loss calculation , could use a significantly smaller boiler perhaps 1/3 the size of the original.Even standing radiation which is generally oversized can provide proper Btu output at much lower tempuratures . I guess what Iam getting at is that injection mixing can be effectively used in other applications than infloor heating .
  • Why yes, my very observant fellow

Injection systems used in the correct why can help with a host of projects, including one we are working on now to solve cold returns for a church with 2 EK System 2000 in series. What exactlly did you have in mind. We use injection on most of our remodels/conversions from steam to HW radiators. This also helps to be able to control the temp to each radiator.
