There isn't a dealer in my area (or many in the Western half of the country).
Any of you guys have one of these?
I believe the sensor is failing and needs replaced.

If EK requires dealer install
Why is there no dealer in the area? One of the reasons I don't like proprietary controls.0 -
I am an EK dealer/installer. I'd be happy to help but need more info. You can drop me an e-mail at my address, or thru this forum if you prefer. Either way I need a full description of the problem before I make recommendations. If it's a new unit with the sensor in the return piping I neeed to know which specific unit it is before I can get one sent to you. If you aren't 100% sure of what you're doing DON'T touch, you could do a lot of damage.0 -
Thanks guys
John should be able to help me. I'll move to email with him.
I live in oregon where boilers aren't real popular and energy kinetics is pretty much unheard of.
