Looks right
Primary/secondary like HTP calls for in the installation manual.
Why do you ask?

\"PONPC\"?
What direction is the primary circ pointed WRT PONC?

All the drawings.....
I have show the primary pump on the return, pumping INTO the boiler. Maybe I missed something? Chris.

Mixing Valves
Since I don't know what type of system your application is this statement could be false.
But it looks like a wholesalers dream to have so many thermostatic mixing valves. Why not use variable speed injection with the individual circulators dedicated to specific zones?0 -
Nice looking job
But I agree with the others; the circulator should be on the return as the instructions show in order to properly pressurize the boiler and keep the pressure switch happy.
Also, the circulators on the secondary piping should have 10 pipe diameters of straight pipe on the suction side, but I see there are space restrictions.
Other than that, it's a real pretty job.

Seems fine
The reason most often you see the PONPC on the outlet of the boiler is that it coincides with the air separator. Air is released more easily from hotter water. But with a Spirovent that is almost academic. What you have will remove the air effectively, just may take a few more passes, that's all.
When the primary circulator is pumping into the boiler (as we agree the diagrams often show) is less of a concern. The head imposed on that circulator is low compared to the distribution circulators and if proper primary/secondary decoupled they ought not affect each other anyway. And as Alan said, the pressure switch issue is satisfied.0 -
pump on the return
That is a nice neat install. The pump should be on the return like munchkin shows in the instructions. You dont want to upset that heat exchanger. That is the first one i have seen piped like that but i am sure it will work.0
