Radiator Condensation Back-Up

I have a very old Weil McLain 674 Steam Boiler. It is connected to a single pipe system. it appears that condensate is not properly returning into the boiler and filling the a riser. Is there omething I should be checking in the boiler to verify that it is getting its return properly? I will independntly check the return lines themselves for clogs.

It's probably a clogged return

if so, replace it.
