GB (Just my 2 cents)

I truly understand some problems that have occurred with the introduction of the Buderus GB into the United States market. If you did a search on this web site you would see that we too have had our share of problems with this product. Some problems we created and some of which where just a failure to communicate between Buderus Europe and Buderus United States.

I do think that Buderus should have educated us (the HVAC industry) a little bit better with the introduction of this boiler. Although, we where all just as eager to sell a product made by Buderus that was condensing as they where to sell it. Leaving a bit of blame on us all as well.

The GB is an excellent product for the job it was intended for! LOW TEMPERATURE APPLICATIONS!

For example: I do not drive our duel wheel utility body instillation truck to a service call.

Personally Pompetti HVAC will continue installing GB’s. (We have installed three more since our little GB problem, one in my own home.)

The service, distribution, and support by Buderus are top notch and can not be matched by any boiler manufacture I have come across yet.
