Chimney Flue Question

I have to run a new chimney in an existing house. The proposed chimney would be for an oil fired forced air furnace. The exisiting chimney runs out the side wall in 4 "with a draft inducer fan. The customer wants it run up out the roof. The side wall is making a mess on his siding. Can anyone who has more smarts than me take a look at my propsed drawing and tell me what they think?

    If you can eliminate...

....the draft inducer, you would be better off! They are maintenance headaches, and prone to problems. Any way to shorten the vent horizontal distance down from 8'?

    Shorten the distance

In order to run the pipe upstairs we have to have the horizontal distance on the 7" pipe.

    huh?

Please provide the firing rate in GPH,SSE%, lateral offset, and total stack height.

that sketch makes no sense to me. 7" to fan to 4" to 6".....whaaaa?
Also, why triple walled chimney? I'll bet you can do it with 6" chimney. If so, go with solid packed 103 HT chimney. Triple walled pipe runs too cool and gives lousy draft.

    Confusion

Currently the furnace ( forced Air oil) is being vented through a side wall. The flue from the furnace is 7" it runs horizontally for 7' to a forced inducer fan . At this point the pipe is reduced to 4". Before is goes out the side wall.

I have a ttached a second file which shows the drawing without the inducer. We can run the stack this way however it will penetrate the roof on the front side of the house.

GPH I assume you are asking Gallons per Hour? THis is fornced air.
SSE% I do not know what this term means?
    Stack height 16'
    Offset is 7'
Overall length is 24' with an offset (excluding 8' of horizontal in basement)
16' horizontal without an offset. (excluding 8' of horizontal in basement)

    data

gallons per hour and steady state efficiency as noted on the service history hang tag. You may not need 7" but might be able to downsize it to 6".
