  • My oil dealer wants to install the logamatic contol system on my new Buderus boiler. Is it worth the cost($900)? Is it effective and stable?
    Thanks

    You bet...

Money well spent. While I don't like pricing on here, I look at Buderus (or any boiler I install) as a long term investment. Logamatic has outdoor reset, indoor reset with the bfu room sensor, main zone constant circulation, warm weather shut down. Lots of features I like for my self. I know there are other controls that can/could do the same things, but the mounting and hook up of the Logamatic is so easy that's all I use. All of my customers with this have had big reductions in energy bills, along with increased comfort. Easy hook up for an indirect tank, which I strongly recommend to all of my customers.

And don't leave out the benefits of constant circulation with the indoor room sensor.
