  • Could it be

    an air problem?
  • Sounds familiar...

If I'm not mistaken, you tried contacting me this morning.

    Some questions.

What are the approximate lengths of the other circuits on the same manifold?

Can you close off all but the questionable circuit via balance valves?

When it is running do you get ANY flow through that circuit?

Is this a Levitt style home?

Got pictures of the manifold and near boiler piping?

What pressure are you running at?

    Got schematic?

if you have a small picture...

Mark, can figure a way to Make it work:)

my first idea is, have you tried to remodel it at about the same time as it quit working?

if so, there in may lie the solution to your Problem....especially if a Big Screwdriver or Wrench was in any way involved..crowbars are also likely candidates for suspect error readings...
