Pain in the A**

Just spent 6 min trying to enter the code where there was 2 K's together. ! Large case ! small. Was hard to tell:-(

Every time I respond to a Question I have to enter this code during the same session. Is this normal???
I for 1 am getting very annoyed!!! Unbelieveable, It's happening again!!!!!! Easier to call the person!

I could not tell the diff of some of the letters and #'S. I do the cut and paste not works well.
